Industry: Footwear & Apparel What Matters Most:
  • 3 years of relevant experience in operations
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including Macros and VBA
  • Working knowledge of HR SAP preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or equivalent required
  • Background and/or knowledge and passion for the footwear and apparel industry
Your New Role:
  • Works with regional teammates to execute global compensation programs that require specialized knowledge of compensation transactions in SAP
  • Generates compensation reports for data audit and analysis purposes
  • Partners with global Compensation Operations team, HR Business Partners, and Center of Excellence on compensation program delivery and follows up on any compensation issue escalations
  • Provides relevant training to internal partners and develops FAQs and other resources for HR Advisors
  • Communicates compensation program updates to cross-functional partners including HR Direct teams and HR Business Partners
  • Delivers service excellence to employees, managers, and teammates by responding in a professional, accurate, and timely manner to all calls, emails, and CRM Tool issues concerning compensation programs
