Overview
The Coordinator-Project Management will be responsible for the trafficking, project management assistance and production support for print advertising materials.
Responsibilities
The Coordinator-Project Management will be responsible for all aspects of North America Small Space Newspaper by collaborating with internal parties from Production Schedule, SKU alignment and calendar creative to production with our external vendor. In addition, this individual will be responsible for all of the Out of Home, Duratrans, and Hoarding needs for the APAC Region plus Korea. S/he will route and track mechanicals for comments and approval from creation to final artwork deliverable. S/he will track the progress of outstanding projects by monitoring deadlines. S/he will schedule, prepare, route and track jobs from conception to delivery. S/he will closely monitor all projects to keep them on schedule and on track. S/he will document movement of projects from start to finish while maintaining continual dialogue between in-house departments on status of jobs.

This individual will be responsible for the trafficking for approval the Magazine and International NP Layouts for APAC, Japan, Mexico and LATAM from Adaptation vendors.

S/he will support in production including but not limited to review Creative Briefs and prepare Production Schedules based on parameters of the projects. S/he will maintain production schedules and ensure all projects are delivered on time. S/he will assist in management of the daily flow of print advertising materials including magazine, newspaper, out of home and point of sale executions.

Lastly, s/he will facilitate workflow and interdepartmental communication to keep the projects on track and troubleshoot any problems that occur during trafficking stage. S/he will collaborate with and develop strong relationships across all disciplines, Creative, Brand Management, Photo Studio, Computer Arts and Production to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree.
At least 2-3 years of experience in Advertising/Project Management/Traffic, or related experience in an integrated environment.
Organized and detail oriented, with good oral and written communication, troubleshooting, interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and make informed decisions while under pressure.
Resourceful when faced with unexpected challenges.
Enthusiasm, commitment and analytical ability to continually bring a fresh perspective to traffic and production.
MAC experience, Adobe Suite, InDesign, MS Office Suite. Proficient in spreadsheet, word processing, and electronic work flow.
Working Knowledge of Adobe CS— InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with print advertising – Newspaper, Magazine, Out of Home.
Strong scheduling and project management and/or traffic experience.
