We are a dynamic, high-net-worth household seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to manage a diverse range of responsibilities. This role will involve supporting both business and personal functions, ensuring seamless operations in our busy household. The ideal candidate will be a master multitasker with exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Operations:
- Assist with business operations, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and handling correspondence.
- Support bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking, invoicing, and basic financial reporting.
- Coordinate with business partners and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Personal Assistance:
- Manage personal tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling dry cleaning, and running errands.
- Organize and coordinate personal events and activities as required.
- Provide administrative support to the spouse as needed.
Household Management:
- Oversee and manage cleaning staff to ensure household maintenance and cleanliness are maintained to high standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for home maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure that household supplies are well-stocked and organized.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in a high-net-worth or executive household.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience in bookkeeping and basic financial management.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
Desired Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
- Previous experience managing household staff and coordinating services.
