MicroMedicine is a life sciences technology start-up spun out of Massachusetts General Hospital. MicroMedicine is commercializing a patented microfluidics-enabled cell separation platform with transformational applications in research, diagnostics, and therapeutics. Our team leverages an extensive network of key opinion leaders and scientists as well as a global ecosystem of design and operations partners. We are located near Boston in the heart of America’s life sciences and biotech hub – join us in improving cell processing for our customers and their patients.
We are a collaborative and diverse team of 25+ (and growing!) employees who are recognized for being innovative risk takers. We are developing and leveraging fantastic technologies that we believe will transform downstream research, diagnostic, and therapeutic applications. We are given the opportunity to define, develop and shape this profound cell processing technology and market!
We are fiercely dedicated and very serious about this transformational science, but just as passionate about having a positive culture. This is a highly entrepreneurial environment where your success is determined based on your contribution, not on title. Our leaders have open doors and employees are encouraged to make decisions, speak their opinions and get things done. People here are pro-active, enthusiastic and excited about the potential for success with this novel technology. Building a positive, constructive culture across all levels is a high priority. Employees are rewarded with a competitive compensation package, a bright, open workspace and with creative and fun perks such as: a good work-life balance, regular game nights, healthy snacks, flexible hours, ping pong, foosball and other great wellness and health benefits.
