Rite-Hite Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. Our customer base includes anyone with a warehouse, with emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This position is responsible for selling capital equipment to end users within the territory, growing existing and securing new accounts, and introducing new products to the customer base. Rite-Hite sells the best, and we hire the best. Successful candidates will combine a 4 year degree with successful outside sales experience in an industrial or construction setting. Experience in an engineering sales role and ability to read blue prints are strongly preferred. In addition, our Sales Representatives must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, be skilled at building productive business relationships, and have a good mechanical aptitude. Sales Representatives must have knowledge of their territory and its customer base, be able to develop solid territory business plans, and be able to effectively cover their territories on a daily basis. Previous experience in a sales engineering role or exposure to the construction industry is strongly preferred. This position requires the candidate to be bilingual in Spanish & English.
