Crest Industrial Chemicals is adding a full-time salesperson to our growing team!
Crest Industrial Chemicals makes premium chemicals in the heart of Texas, located just outside of Houston. We serve a wide variety of industries including: Oil & Gas, Aviation, Food Processing, Aerospace & Defense, Powder Coating, Automotive, General Manufacturing, and others.
The sales position will be based in the Houston area with travel throughout Texas and surrounding States
The main responsibilities of the Sales Representative revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients and persuade others to purchase our products. There is a wide range of duties in this position, including but not limited to:
-Find new customers and increase the number of new accounts
-Maintain relationships and increase sales at existing accounts
-Representing our brand at events, internal and external to our facility
-Develop and execute on a sales plan focused on growing revenue targets

-Has awesome people skills, a great personality, and a competitive spirit!
-Is physically fit (heavy lifting may be required 30-50LBS)
-Is open to travel throughout the Lone Star State area and elsewhere on a regular basis
You'll receive a base salary plus a commission for everything you sell. This means you have an uncapped commission package and YOU control how much money you can make!

Sales: 1-2 years (preferred)
Demonstrate aptitude for problem-solving.
Have the ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications is required.
Valid driver’s license.
