Full Time Mechanic for Central Oregon Paving Company. This position consists of shop work and service calls, need ability to operate service truck. Experience in heavy equipment, diesel trucks, pavers, small engines required. Scheduling maintenance service and repairs, ordering parts and maintenance record keeping. Must be organized and self-motivated. Welding and fabricating skills are a plus.
This is a full time, year around position.
Requirements:
Valid driver license, CDL a plus
Sound mechanical aptitude
Safety minded
Good working knowledge and awareness of best-way mechanical practices
Eagerness to learn
Well organized, attentive to detail and efficient with time
Work with a strong sense of urgency
Team player and also able to work independently
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
