This position has product owner responsibility (Global/Regional) for the Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) HANA GDW Deployment Project. This project will account for multiple locations in HBT and will include approximately $5 billion of revenue and 1000+ business users moving to the CP/S SAP solution per annum. This position will directly partner with Corp IT Center of Expertise (CoE), the HBT Finance and Functional teams and senior business leadership at the HBT level.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the delivery of the HBT HANA deployment projects working in partnership with the (CoE), HANA IT Program Director and senior HBT business leadership.
Define and manage program scope, align with overall business priorities and total HANA program requirements
Ensure that each HBT HANA deployment project has an effective business testing resource plan that meets the skill-set required and budget requirements for successful implementation.
Coordinate and resolve HANA GDW deployment project status and issues where necessary.
Actively participate with scrum team and participate in daily scrum calls
Manages and prioritizes the list of requirements (Product Backlog user stories) and holds scrum teams accountable for completion
Provides functional requirements documentation for each sprint deliverable
Determines acceptance criteria for each sprint deliverable (test plans etc)
Works with the scrum team to confirm each sprint deliverable is working as expected (unit test reviews) – may involve other SMEs as required
Facilitates a system test prior to handover to business testing (UAT)
Coordinates business testing for each sprint deliverable as required (UAT)
Ensures deliverables have been approved by business / leadership
Communicates progress regularly to business stakeholders
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of experience with Agile Project Management
Management experience and a respected, credible leader.
Experience of managing multiple and complex business process and systems change programs.
Project management experience on large multi-disciplinary teams within a large corporation.
Experience working with remote teams globally.
Individual must be process and customer focused.
Results driven with a positive can-do attitude.
Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills.
Highly team-oriented.
Can operate effectively in global networks
Demonstrated success in cross GBE / “Matrix” Leadership roles.
Ability to work collaboratively with IT staff through the design and build of the new business processes.
Six Sigma / DFSS background, strong analytical skills.
