As a Real Estate Media Specialist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality media solutions that enhance property listings and agent branding. You will collaborate closely with our clients to create compelling visuals that drive engagement and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Execute professional-grade photography and videography for property listings and agent branding materials
- Conduct 3D Matterport scans to create immersive property experiences
- Perform twilight photoshoots to showcase properties in optimal lighting conditions
- Operate drones for aerial photography and videography, capturing unique perspectives of properties
- Manage and organize digital files, ensuring easy access and retrieval
- Work directly with clients to understand their media needs and deliver beyond their expectations
- Maintain equipment, including cameras, drones, and accessories, ensuring optimal functionality
Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced skills in photography, videography, and drone operations
- FAA Part 107 Drone License mandatory
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in creative contracting, preferably in the real estate media sector
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $120.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
