Duro-Last has an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join the organization to define and launch a new single-ply roofing membrane. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading functional teams in developing all strategies associated to providing a complete roof system to a nationwide network of customers. This includes selling, marketing, testing, pricing and training strategies.
Key Job Responsibilities:

Provide leadership in the development of a new TPO membrane roof system to compliment the current commercial roof system offerings.

Define customer targets for the new system.

Provide leadership in the development of advertising and promotional activities.

Development of training tools and train sales organization.
-
Provide forecasting and market analysis and recommend marketing strategies.
-
Executes efforts to develop new products in this category.

Maintains and develops promotional product marketing literature.

Assurance system has code requirements and certifications.
-
Post launch evaluations and strategies to evolve the full TPO roof system package
Qualifications Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Thorough understanding of market developments.

Proven work experience in product management.

Proven experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout a launch to the market.

Experience in supporting the marketing and communication activities necessary to develop and launch new products.

Ability to communicate recommendations to executive management and cross functional teams.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.

Three to five years of experience in product leadership, marketing and long-range planning required.

Construction or roofing industry experience.
