Overseas Growth Director/Growth Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and promotion plans for overseas markets.
- Use data analysis to identify and optimize key channels and user acquisition methods.
- Create a hierarchical user system and refined operational strategies.
- Analyze user lifecycle and behavior to optimize activation, usage, activity, payment, repurchase, and sharing.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in user operations, user growth, and data analysis, preferably with overseas tools.
- Strong business sensitivity, logical thinking, and data analysis skills.
- Proactive learning, excellent communication, teamwork skills, and strong execution ability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Growth Marketing: 5 years (Required)
