St. Jude Children's Research Hospital has a great opportunity for a Wellness Program Manager. This role is responsible for establishing the direction of and promoting overall health and wellness initiatives of the entire employee population.

The Wellness Program Manager will lead a team of contracted wellness professionals and work collaboratively with Benefits, Occupational Health, and the Director to oversee the Living Well program. The Wellness Program Manager will work collaboratively with the HR internal leadership team to set the direction for hospital-wide health, wellness, and well-being initiatives through improved whole health and wellness management. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively communicating those initiatives to the senior leadership team and employees. Success will be ensured through well-defined measurement criteria.

Minimum Education
Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Wellness or related health field (BSN, RD, PT, etc.). Master's Degree preferred
Minimum Experience
3+ years of progressively responsible experience in the delivery and management of corporate- based health promotion, workplace population management, wellness programming, or similar experience
Wellness coaching experience is required. Proven skills in program development, implementation, marketing, and health promotion
Other Credentials
Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist, or other similar workplace wellness certification preferred.
