What You?ll Get to Do:
CACI is seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic upperclassman who is interested in learning about large, enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects as a part of CACI?s fast-paced, growing SAP Practice.?? The successful candidate will be pursuing one of the following degree programs (or similar):? Accounting Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or Business Information Systems.? CACI?s current SAP customer base includes customers who are actively investing in SAP?s roadmap to HANA making our projects both challenging and exciting implementing and supporting this state-of-the-art technology! ?In addition to leading our customers through S/4 and BW4 migrations, our SAP Practice supports implementation, enhancement and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for a growing base of SAP customers.???
As an intern, you will gain exposure, not only to SAP, but also related solutions including:? S/4HANA,? SAP Portal, Business Warehouse, Business Objects, Process Integration, Solution Manager and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).? External tools supporting the SAP based solution include:? Compusearch PRISM (Contract Management) VersionOne (Agile), Worksoft Certify (Automated Testing).? Interns may also have the opportunity to learn about SAP programs across the company.?
More About the Role:
CACI is looking for an upper-classman to intern alongside SAP functional consultants to support the requirements analysis, design, development, testing and training for SAP-based efforts.? The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with customers and project teams to define requirements and support the development of a design for addressing those requirements leveraging the current enterprise SAP environment.? The ideal candidate will have exposure to ERP applications; e.g., SAP or Oracle eBusiness Suite.? Strong communication skills; written and verbal, are also important.
The successful candidate will be engaged in the following activities:
Work alongside a certified Project Manager to understand how projects are initiated, planned and executed.
Work alongside a release manager to understand how project work is delivered through a standard release process and gain an understanding of the importance of quality governance processes and rigor.
Gain exposure to requirements analysis, documentation, and the development of functional and technical design specifications.
Assist in the development of test cases and the execution of test scripts including documenting test results.
Join one of our Agile teams to understand how Agile/Scrum/Kanban is executed on an ERP project.
Participate in training sessions (when available) and support the review of training documentation.
Learn about the help desk support model, ticket triage and support change management processes.
Spend time with CACI?s SAP Practice Manager as a mentorship opportunity learning more about how to successfully run a Practice in a large company.
You?ll Bring These Qualifications:
Ability to obtain Public Trust (NACI) clearance ? US Citizen/Green Card Holder
Education:? currently enrolled and actively pursuing a Bachelor?s degree
High degree of initiative
Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
SAP (or other ERP systems) exposure.?
Knowledge of the Agile methodology
Knowledge of project waterfall methodology
