Job Purpose (Job Summary):
You are the guide, leading the client down the path to success with Jemstep, through the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Oversee client implementation activities for the Jemstep digital advice platform.
Initiate, manage and implement a client onboarding process including system configuration decisions, developing required documentation, formalizing business processes and engaging appropriate resources, as required.
Gather requirements from clients and then write and submit Implementation JIRA tickets with appropriate details for development.
Conduct initial Owner Review testing for new implementations and work closely with engineers to resolve and/or troubleshoot any issues before releasing the solution to the client for testing.
Work closely with clients during the testing phase and determine if a reported issue is a defect, enhancement or can be solved through training
Submit defect and enhancement requests with appropriate detail to product and development teams for resolution.
Continuously review, design and document implementation process improvements.
Manage client expectations while, at the same time, strengthening client relationships during the implementation process
Partner with sales, product and engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and action opportunities to further improve the platform.
Be accountable for overall client satisfaction and achievement of implementation projects
Work Experience / Knowledge:
Experience in delivering Managed Services/Customer Success for SaaS company
Experience with project management and leading projects to successful, on-time delivery
Sound knowledge of financial technology ecosystem in the Bank/IBD environment
Middle or back office operations experience at a bank or IBD is a plus

Formal Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)
A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Normal office environment with little exposure to noise, dust and temperatures.
The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move objects of up to 10 pounds is also necessary.
Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment.
Ability to travel 10%.
