Summary
The Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating innovative and visually stunning desserts that reflect our commitment to culinary artistry. The role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including menu development, kitchen management, and ensuring the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
Essential Functions

Design, create, and execute dessert menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef to align with the overall culinary concept of the Artistry brands.

Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless integration of pastry offerings within the overall dining experience.

Introduce creative and seasonally inspired dessert offerings that showcase the culinary philosophy in flavor combinations, textures, and presentation.

Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.

Create and refine recipes for a variety of desserts, ensuring they meet the highest standards of taste, texture, and visual appeal.

Experiment with new techniques and ingredients to maintain a cutting-edge and innovative pastry program.
