What you'll do:
  • Strive to achieve world-class supply chain, manufacturing processes, warehousing, and direct-to-consumer fulfillment
  • Implement processes and systems to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization
  • Hire, train and develop a team of operations professionals; support individual growth through mentorship, feedback and career development opportunities
  • Create standard operating procedures and best practices for performance monitoring in order to optimize quality and delivery time
  • Partner with Finance to develop and own the annual operations budgets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers; review contracts and negotiate terms
  • Partner with Leadership members and individual department heads to ensure the company's operational priorities are aligned with company goals
What we're looking for:
  • 12+ years in operations and/or supply chain experience with overseas production and international distribution experience
  • Bachelor's required, MBA or Master's degree preferred
  • A track record of building high-performing teams; you know how to hire, train and retain top talent
  • An obsession with customer experience; you know the best metrics, systems and strategies to scale customer experience teams
  • A connector; you're able to connect the dots between fulfillment centers and Customer Experience and Operations teams, ensuring everyone is in constant communication, knows the goals, and is inspired to achieve them, together
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical abilities
  • Strong project management and continuous improvement skills
  • Advanced understanding of budgetary concepts; you're able to build out processes with financials at top of mind
  • An ability to quickly develop trusting relationships with team members at all levels
  • An ability to remain calm in high pressure situations
