Jr. Help Desk Associate

The Jr Associate, Help Desk role is to support in-house computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, replacing, and upgrading all hardware and equipment.

Job Description

  • Assist in preparing, installing, and testing equipment for newly hired employees
  • Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal within our ticketing system.
  • Image and prepare new computers
  • Employee equipment moves
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
  • Strong customer skills with an ability to work with accuracy and minimal direction
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
  • Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management

High School Diploma/GED

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour


  • Customer Service Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Help Desk: 1 year (Preferred)
