Our Field Service Technicians provide top-notch customer service on-site as you diagnose, analyze, repair and maintain Xerox branded and other office product equipment. Provide instruction to customers showing them how to correctly use our equipment and decrease future needs, making you a true asset to your customers. Assume ownership of customer issues and follow through until issues are resolved. You would maintain parts and supplies in your vehicle in order to have the right tools on hand to solve customer problems.
Desired Skills and Experience
Prior experience in maintenance and repair of copier office equipment preferred.
Independent and team work skills
Ability to multi-task
Self-motivated and well organized
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Technical and mechanical aptitude
Valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage
Must have reliable vehicle (mileage is reimbursed)
Associates degree in electronics or electrical engineering preferred, but equivalent job related experience may be substituted
