Our corporate headquarters is located in downtown Louisville, Kentucky and we are currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist.

As the Human Resources Generalist, you will be a member of the corporate Human Resources team. The Generalist will be responsible for providing HR services to the Home Office, Call Center and Central Business Office client group and assisting Corporate HR in the overall HR service delivery for the company.

Job Details:
The HR Generalist, under the direction of the Director of Employee Relations, provides guidance, support, and coordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures, and practices of the Human Resources department. This role supports the Central Admin Office with team members based in Louisville, Pittsburgh and other remote workers as well as the Call Center and Central Business Office, both based in Louisville. The Generalist will assist with Corporate HR projects and serve as a resource to support the Human Resources leadership team.

Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required, Bachelor's degree preferred;
At least two years' previous experience working in Human Resources;
Experience with Ultipro preferred;
This position is exempt; the Generalist may be required to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Job Duties :
Perform full cycle recruiting duties for client group including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate management, offer management. Manage the onboarding and provisioning process.
HR lead for client group on a variety of key HR initiatives including but not limited to year-end compensation and performance management processes, engagement surveys, open enrollment and annual education.
Assist with employee relations issues, including investigation and follow-up discipline, as needed.
Assist employees with HRIS questions and issues. Run reports and analyze HRIS data as requested. Enter employee data into the HRIS and assist Payroll and Finance to resolve HRIS issues.
Assist with centralized HR processes and compliance governance including background check audits, license and certification audits, and Motor Vehicle Reports review and analysis.
