Services Client Outreach supports the internal and external communication strategy for Citi Services. The primary focus for Services Client Outreach is to deliver a) Integrated communication strategy across all teams within Services, b) Provide support and direction with internal communications and events, and c) Be an influential director in the overall messaging and storytelling approach for the Services organization.

The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned communications expert to lead our Global Services Client Outreach function. This role will report to the Managing Director and Global Head of Marketing, Services.
Given this role’s close partnership with several functions (other Marketing organizations, Sales, Products, and Regional Clusters), the team will be responsible for:

Direct and drive strategy, planning, and operational effectiveness to support the smooth running, performance, and growth of the worldwide communications for the Services organization.

Research and understand gold standards across communications, and implement most effective processes across planning, execution, measurement, and reporting.

Support and share the definition of key messages to be diffused to the market.

Using key performance indicators and analysis, provide clear guidance to leadership to aid decision making that lead to better outcomes.

Alongside the other Marketing leaders, develop budget and vendor strategies to meet required goals.

Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring consistency and improving performance.

Define Services keynote presentations which outlines the company’s and our customer’s stories.

Provide communication support to Citi Services target markets.

Partner with ESPA in managing organization and pitch strategies with influencers, such as international, regional and trade press.

Support and manage internal communications and events for the Services organization.

Work with other organization leaders to devise and implement programs for attracting, retaining, and developing the best talent in the industry.

Craft and deploy communications strategies that help create the best environment for people to do their best work with an emphasis on productivity, wellness, creativity, innovation, and fun.
Specific Skills Required:
This is a role requiring ability to work effectively and in partnership across all Services teams, champion progress, problem solve and lead change. We are seeking deep public relations and communications experience, first-rate executive communications and writing skills, natural problem solving and analytical skills, and the ability to objectively evaluate information, make sound decisions, and create a plan of action.
In addition, strong interpersonal skills are key to effectively mobilize cross-functional partners and collaborate with others to accomplish a common goal and improve results. Equally important is experience in people and talent management. This individual should be a strong people leader who can implement strategy, build consensus, and navigate complex corporate settings.
