Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of goods and materials.
- Verify and record the quantity and condition of items received.
- Prepare and organize items for storage, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Safely and efficiently stack, store, and retrieve items in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to provided instructions.
- Scan all returns every two days to identify outbound return boxes.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts. Keep forklift in a good shape.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including sweeping, tidying, and removing debris.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage to goods.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse procedures and practices.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or willingness to learn.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy items and perform repetitive tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling and recording inventory.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and adhere to warehouse policies.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime if required.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm. Possible overtime.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
