Keep accurate payments file
Register and Filing Invoices electronic and paper.
Review the mail box
Tracks office supplies and orders replacements as required
Communication with Manufacture plant in order to Provide status of order confirmations to sales
Secretarial and clerical work experience.
Experience with Spreadsheet software Knowledge.
Good understanding of office practices and methods.
Good understanding of filing systems.
