We are looking for highly motivated and energetic individuals to lead our Metro by T-Mobile store team! We lead where others follow and look for strong team members who thrive on development and winning. You would be responsible for building great relationships with and helping customers with their phone and internet needs, coaching and developing your sales staff, ultimately, you will ensure that customers have an exceptional experience and drive store profitability and your team’s commission.

Qualifications for the position:
* Experience coaching and developing sales teams
* Confidence in talking with people and building great relationships
* Track record of success and meeting objectives
* You are available to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
* You can pass a background check and drug screening
* You are 18+ years with a high school diploma or equivalent
* You are legally permitted to work in the US
* You have your own internet or Wi-Fi enabled smartphone.
