Support Staff/Secretary - Duties and Responsibilities
Description: Support staff members perform a variety of duties, and must be prepared to handle many tasks at once. As support staff you will be forwarding calls or important messages; you will be taking minutes/notes down at staff meetings to aid the work load of case managers and supervisors. You may be asked to distribute incoming and outgoing mail and in some cases, support workers may have to make sure supplies are ordered and shelves are stocked. You may be asked to perform an intake or type notes for a case manager. In all cases, you should be ready and equipped to perform a variety of duties to help carry the load of several various positions.
