The ideal candidate will provide support to Producers in the retention of assigned book of business by servicing, marketing and rounding out existing accounts through direct contact with clients.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years recent experience in mid-size brokerage or carrier
Manage a book of business with account size ranging from 2-50 employees;
Basic knowledge of benefit market from carrier and brokerage background;
Display strong financial background and understanding of financial underwriting;
Proficient in Word and Excel;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Strong attention to detail and time managment abilities;
Valid California Driver's license
Active California Life and Health License;
High school diploma required. College degree preferred.
