Your role at Sonoma Backyard
As the Store Manager you will be managing all customer service, people development, inventory, and operations of the store. You will report to the owner and lead your team through our small-town business values, vision of community within our business, and meet objectives. Additionally, you will:
Manage sales staff
Identify, initiate, and lead trainings
Demonstrate and maintain the standard for professionalism
Set expectations with sales team for monthly sales goals and ensure they are met.
Consistent coaching of sales team where success is recognized, and constructive feedback is given on areas to grow.
Develop strategies for continued business growth through customer loyalty programs, events, and marketing opportunities.
Build and maintain product knowledge of all current and incoming inventory.
Maintain pricing structure on product
Weekly inventory control for efficient stock to sales ratio.
Staff scheduling and process sales commission monthly
Ensure world class experience to all customers.
Mange customer relation marketing system to ensure all customer needs are met.
What Makes you the right fit:
Minimum five years of sales experience
Minimum two years management experience of high-volume intricate business.
Demonstrated passion for excellent customer service and retail sales.
Flexible availability work “peak” business hours including weekends, and some holidays.
Proven business management, analytical, and organizational skills
Passionate for excellent customer service and retail sales.
Be a voice, alter communication to your audience, and write briefly and professionally.

Salary: Base Exempt Salary, plus quarterly bonus potential
Management: 2 years (Required)
