Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Fitter to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as experience in patient care and service. This role is crucial in ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care while maintaining a safe and sterile environment. The Fitter will work closely with patients, assisting them with their needs and ensuring they are comfortable throughout their treatment process.
Duties
- Measurement & fitting of Orthopedic Braces and other associated products.
- Implements client teaching during the initial fitting and at any follow-up calls.
- Ability to make necessary modifications and to fit the client.
-Advanced degree of manual dexterity and ability to closely follow detailed instructions.
-Ability to use computers, mobile devices, applications and software
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to perform required physical requirements of the position (standing, sitting, walking, bending, squatting, etc.) as well as the required physical requirements of the position
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
-Strong communication skills, including verbal and written
-Excellent customer service skills
-Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
-High school diploma or equivalent required.
-Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Must be trainable, have high attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
-Experience with medical equipment preferred but not required.
-Current valid driver s license.
