Lead a team that applies its expertise and knowledge in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve product integrity manufacturing output and continuous improvements partnering with factory operations. Your team will focus on the break down of complex processes and guide the execution of manufacturing product/process improvements. You will manage overall technology strategy, endorse improvements and set up standard work processes for Glendale Defense and Space.

Be an innovative leader for the team by establishing team direction, schedules, key objectives, and team plan
Balance site needs, aggressive timelines, and production support of Production Engineering needs
Able to drive and coordinate the team to recognize potential technical opportunities

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related technical field and 3 years' industry experience.
