Small luxury travel agency in Rockville is seeking an administrative assistant to perform basic office duties. Must be able to perform and/or possess the following

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Answering phones
  • Filing invoices
  • Assist with travel research
  • Perform basic computer functions
  • Work well in a professional office environment
  • Have strong communication skills

Education

  • High school diploma (required)
  • College degree (preferred)

Experience

  • Customer service (1 year)
  • Previous work in an office environment (1 year)

Hours

  • 16-24 per week
  • Business hours: 9am - 5:30pm (M-F)

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour
