Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy delivering top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a server role or related position is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and guest services
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Willingness to assist in various tasks to support the overall dining experience
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience in bussing or assisting in the kitchen
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $703.00 per week
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
