Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic
Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. As a Sales Consultant, you will be a vital asset in driving sales growth for our residential and commercial sales. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. Leveraging core skills in negotiation, customer service, and sales, you will excel in identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, and closing deals effectively. With premium skills in home improvement sales you will be able to control your income! Appointments are attained through cold calling and pre set appointments!
Responsibilities
- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Create and implement an effective sales strategy
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
- Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and secure deals with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct sales activities, including cold calling, product demos, trade shows and closing sales!
- Collaborate with ownership to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage accounts effectively, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications / Experience
- High school diploma/GED (Preferred)
- Two Years experience in outside sales (Preferred)
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
