The Asian American Advocacy Fund (AAAF), a 501(c)(4) organization, is currently seeking an experienced FIELD ORGANIZER to join its team as it prepares for the upcoming 2020 Election Cycle. The FIELD ORGANIZER will report directly to the Program Director and will coordinate with other AAAF staff to plan, organize and implement comprehensive community engagement programs geared toward promoting campaigns, candidates, and causes dedicated to uniting Asian Americans for a more progressive Southeast and who believe in a region that values the rights of all people, regardless of race, national origin, religion, creed, or immigration status.

Position Type and Salary
Field Organizer is a full-time, temporary position (one year in length) that is eligible to receive benefits (e.g., health insurance including dental and vision, personal time, paid holidays, etc.). The salary for the position is commensurate upon the candidate’s experience. The estimated start date is January 6, 2020, and end date is estimated as January 31, 2021. Dates are flexible.
