Onepath is looking for a Sales Account Executive
Onepath is looking for a sales leader to facilitate Onepath’s growth into the Master Technology Integration (MTI) and New Construction market. The primary mission of this role is to attack the new construction market through General Contractors, and provide our full suite of services from cable to the cloud.
Demonstrates sound judgement, a sense of urgency, ability to lead and a keen ability to initiate and execute within the general contractor segment and technology sectors.
Develops deep relationships within the assigned General Contractor Customers
Maximizes our coverage through Relationship Matrix and Extensive Account Planning
Educate the customers on the Onepath Value Proposition and Differentiation
Executes the MTI Strategy and provide voice of the customer feedback
Pipeline Growth in New Construction and Master Technology Integration deals
Increases the number of opportunities in the pipeline for base building / new construction
Achieves and exceed the Territory Production Threshold
3-5 years of meeting and succeeding quotas of selling in the New Construction and integration products to contractors or the end-users preferred, although candidates with less experience will also be considered.
Experience calling on Electrical Contractors, General Contractors, Property Management companies, and Developers is required.
Demonstrated proficiency in the construction process and ability to sell into the environment.
Experience selling into the General Contractor community is a plus.
Experienced in managing large complex projects and programs, customer relationships, and internal operations relationships.
Demonstrated ability to team sell; collaborating with subject matter experts across technology platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline required.
