Potomac Truck Center in Gainesville VA is a Mack, Volvo, and Hino truck dealership. We are looking for an experienced service manager with medium and heavy-duty diesel truck background and strong leadership skills. Work in a clean well maintained, organized shop with state-of-the-art equipment and management systems. Qualifications Needed: must speak English (2nd language is a plus), strong vocabulary, have experience in customer service communication, service management systems, technician management, problem solving skills, knowledge and background in class 7 & 8 diesel trucks, email skills, typing skills, phone skills and ability to prioritize. Responsibilities: meet and greet customers, develop strong customer relations, answer phones, take detailed notes of customer complaints, complete work authorization forms, log truck information, open repair orders, complete estimates, send estimates, send updates to the customers, and receive signed repair authorizations. A Commercial Driver’s license Class B or A would be a plus.
