Job Description:
Drive acquisition, retention, and servicing strategies leveraging all aspects of Digital Wealth Management Capabilities.

Digital Concierge

Provide dedicated support to 10 – 12 advisor teams across two divisions (to be selected by Division Exec)
Consult with each team to determine strengths and areas of improvement for their Digital Wealth Management needs
Provide virtual and in person support for all facets of Digital Wealth Management capabilities as outlined above
Engage with advisor teams for prospect and client presentations and seminars related to digital capabilities
Conduct monthly meetings with each team to asses needs and obtain feedback, best practices to be shared, introduce new enhancements, etc.
Proactively identify opportunities to increase advisor and client digital footprint
Assist with recruitment of new team members and prospective clients by showcasing technology that provides a competitive edge
Partner with market aligned Digital Specialists for coordination of generalist training, or escalation support
Perform regular reviews of digital adoption analytics and identify opportunities for improvement
Interface with home office specialists for escalated issue resolution related to digital capabilities
Partner with advisor marketing to ensure strong digital presence is established and maintained for all supported teams
Where necessary provide customized hands on support for clients at locations to be specified by advisor team (in office, client home, seminars, etc.)
GBWM Tools Knowledge Continuum

Establish model for introducing market aligned Digital Specialists to previously used strategies for discussing GBWM tools
Remain aligned to GBWM tools business team to keep digital adoption team abreast of enhancements and new features
Coach advisor teams on how to deliver the Wealth Outlook report to prospects or clients in a meaningful way
Help advisor teams connect the dots and leverage products and solutions specialist teams (e.g. Insurance Specialists, Trust Specialists, MSG Specialists, Retirement Specialists, Wealth Management Banking Specialists, etc.) in relevant client conversations where an opportunity exists
Help advisor teams to develop a scalable and repeatable process for delivering the client review which must be delivered to every client annually; this includes what to do before, during and after the review meeting
Promote Best Practices

Identify the processes of successful advisor teams/early tool adopters and promote their best practices within and across divisions to influence others
Digital Wealth Management Tool Development, Enhancement and Communication
Collate field and client feedback useful for the development of new – or the enhancement of current – Digital Wealth Management tools and resources
Assist with the creation of communications, and resources that demonstrate the effectiveness of new and enhanced digital capabilities – for instance how the tool or resource can impact capacity and drive growth

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 5 years directly related experience as well as supervisory experience in financial services.
Strong experience with wealth management and digital tools in an advisory space.
Experience with digital or wealth management marketing
Training experience strongly preferred.
Ability to travel overnight up to 75%.
