This opportunity comes up once in a blue moon (7years ago!) for our busy team: Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Services. This position will help support and lead our Company to the upcoming technology enhancements that is slated to happen within the next few years. As a System Support Analyst, you will be tasked with working on complex Messaging and Mobility related issues, where you will be utilizing various support tools/consoles. Your primary support responsibilities will involve working with various technology team/help desks to help ensure that our internal/external customer's Exchange (Outlook/Skype For Business/Microsoft Teams) or Mobility issue are properly resolved. Having a great attitude and customer service is a key to one's success.
3+ years of systems support analysis experience
3+ years of Microsoft office suite experience such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word
3+ years of MS Active Directory experience
3+ years of Android OS support
3+ years of Apple iOS support
3 + years of experience providing technical support for Lync/Skype for business
3 + years of experience developing or supporting REMEDY IT Service Management solutions
Other Desired Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of Windows PC (registry, configuration, logs)
Customer Service Oriented (use of ticket tracking system and providing detailed work)\
Experience in working in a Corporate Environment
