Play a leadership role in development and enhancement of CCAR models for fee revenue. This will include engaging with the modelling team to ensure statistical soundness of the models while staying abreast of the corporate and model validation requirements.
Attain in depth knowledge of all ICG businesses covered by Fee workstream (i.e. Investment Banking, Treasury & Trade Solutions, Private Bank and Securities Services).
Track and analyze revenue drivers and key performance indicator to measure the effectiveness of the business strategy.
Develop analytics on themes that arise at senior management's and finance partner's request and/or through proactive research of potential issues including wallet / share/ deal analysis, quarterly competitors comparison for Investment Banking revenue, etc.
Create and manage consistent and through documentation of CCAR methodology, business engagement, model results and management adjustments.
Partnering with the LFO teams to execute on critical CCAR priorities and understanding the business rationale and requirements.
Collaborating with corporate and ICG FP&A team to ensure consistency in CCAR approaches and methodology
Partner with a global team of analysts in different workstreams, LFO teams, and regions both onshore and offshore (Mumbai, Costa Rica) to drive efficiencies and enhance analytical prowess
5 - 7 years preferred of relevant finance/business experience in financial services
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics or related discipline. Masters degree preferred
Prior financial modelling experience a strong plus
Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy is a must
Superb presentation skills; the ability to translate complex financial schedules into meaningful presentations is critical; demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to draw conclusions and drive decision making
Must demonstrate comfort level to engage with seniors and work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrated skills and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines and take ownership of deliverables on time
Level-headed in a crisis
Strong ability to build key relationships with finance and other business managers
Must be able to present technical matters in a way that is meaningful to the audience
