Louis Vuitton are seeking to recruit an innovative and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support on all non-management retail recruitment. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, this New York based role will be responsible for the attraction, sourcing recruitment of high caliber individuals through the use of effective and innovative recruitment methodologies & tools while also provide a professional and world class candidate journey for all applicants. This is a highly visible and business critical role will require an individual who can think outside the box when it comes to recognizing talent and by having a detailed knowledge of our business carefully matching the applicant with a team & store which can best leverage & support their full potential both from a skills and cultural perspective.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in fast paced and diverse environment with responsibility for high volume recruitment (ideally gained within a retail environment). With extensive experience of conducting both in person and telephone interviews, this individual needs to have extensive experience of using Linkedin and other social media platforms, have excellent written & verbal communication skills, enjoy working in an evolving and demanding environment with a proven ability to constantly think on their feet. Please note that this opportunity is a 12 month seasonal role.
