TelaForce is seeking individuals interested in temporary entry level Tier 1 Technical Support work at our Fort Walton Beach location. In this exciting role, you will support a variety of users and must demonstrate abilities required for excellent Service Desk support including: impeccable customer service skills and technical experience. Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours that may include weekends and evenings. Part-time and full-time shifts are available (with a minimum of 20-hours and maximum 40-hours per week) starting In September and lasting for approximately 30 days with the potential of several months based on business needs. Inbound calls and tickets from an established user base with no sales, advertising or marketing required.
Candidates must have prior PC technical experience or training and may be required to show proof of any certificates or training. Training on job-related specific systems and requirements will be provided by TelaForce.
