The Receptionist plays a critical role at the Vivint Smart Home Arena. This person is the first point of contact for all clients and customers at the Vivint Smart Home Arena and answers a wide variety of calls and questions. This is a part-time position in the morning from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Answer incoming calls, determine the callers' needs and direct calls to the appropriate individual or department.
Greet all guests in the lobby and call departments to escort guests.
Respond to inquiries by telephone and in person to ensure they are addressed in a professional and timely manner.
Provide administrative support, as required, including general office tasks and participate in special projects.
Maintain the delivery log for any items dropped off at the front desk.

2-3 years of receptionist and clerical experience
Experience in a corporate setting for a large, busy office, preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be organized and detail oriented
Demonstrate a high degree of diplomacy and sensitivity to customer needs
Excellent communication skills coupled with a polished and professional telephone manner
Must be able to handle tasks simultaneously while working efficiently in a busy environment
Must be able to work with a team and be willing to provide support when needed
Proven knowledge of general office practices and procedures
Ability to interact professionally with high profile clientele
Ability to work effectively under fast-paced, high-stress situations.
Must be able to perform repetitive motions.
Must use hands to handle, grasp or reach with hands and arms.
