Director, Key Accounts

WIS is a full-service retail services organization with an experienced field staff across all 50 states and Canada. Because of this mindset we are experiencing unprecedented growth and are seeking a Director, Key Accounts to lead a highly innovative world-class merchandising and sales support program. The position will be based in Dallas, Texas.

The Director, Key Accounts is responsible for all facets of the program, including client relations, brand development, staff leadership, management of the field organization (including seamless execution of assigned tasks) and ownership of a significant P&L (e.g. labor usage, expense, productivity) for a large international client operating in Canada and the US. Specific duties include:

Work closely with multiple business units within one major client to understand their goals and objectives, create operational plans to support client initiatives and implement sustainable programs to achieve client expectations
Continuously assess current program offerings against client objectives, and modify such in a proactive manner so as to strengthen brand integrity, fortify brand loyalty, increase sales and grow the business partnership
Establish and actively lead assigned account and operations teams, including workforce planning, staff management, team training and development, and performance monitoring and assessment for a staff of roughly 500 employees
Ensure all KPIs are achieved, while driving both top and bottom line growth for key client and the company

The successful candidate will possess the following:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years related experience
Ten or more years client management experience, with direct contact in a retail focused environment
Five or more years retail operations experience supervising large national teams in Canada and the US
Experience with a Merchandising Service Organization required
Extensive knowledge and use of the iOS platform are required
Ability to travel a minimum of 30% or more of the time to meet client expectations
Strong understanding of P&Ls, key performance indicators (KPIs) and natural insights technology
