PARENT, FAMILY member In-Home Care DSP in WESTMORELAND COUNTY
In home support is available if your loved one has an IDD (Intellectual Disability Diagnosis). An eligible parent, guardian or family member can become their paid Direct Support Professional (DSP) or perhaps you know a family friend that you’d like have care of your loved one. If you do not know someone, we can find that someone to care for your loved one! The client and DSP must both be 18 years of age or older and are on an accepted state waiver: the Consolidated Waiver, the Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS) Waiver, and the Community Living Waiver
We will cover the cost of any clearances needed and a 2 step tb test or Tb gold blood test that would be required by the state.

We currently cover Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, Armstrong, Indiana, Allegheny, Westmoreland, Washington, Fayette, Cambria, Mercer and Venango counties. We can cover other counties but would have to do the paperwork to be approved.
