Job Overview:
A Sales Associate represents the company by engaging in conversation with our customers to assess their skincare needs, and promotes, demonstrates, and sells our products while providing an amazing shopping experience.
Ideal candidates are motivated, driven, and customer-orientated people who enjoy building relationships and rapport. This job requires working at least one weekend shift per week, in addition to weekday shifts.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide customers a pleasant shopping experience by welcoming them into the store and engaging in conversation to assess their product needs
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Perform product demonstrations, educate customers on features and benefits, and sell products
- Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about our products
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Monitor stock levels and re-stock product meeting visual merchandising standards
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Package, label, and seal products
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Meet store goals and objectives
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Dexterity of hands and fingers
- Able to walk, stoop, crouch, kneel, reach with hands and arms, twist, balance, and bend at waist
- Ability to climb a step stool or ladder in order to stock or acquire product for sale
- Not sensitive to smells and fragrances
Qualifications:
- Able to enthusiastically engage in conversation with our guests
- Strong customer service skills
- A positive, upbeat attitude
- Successful completion of our training program within the first two weeks of hire
