Are you a critical thinker who is naturally curious and wants to make a difference? In a rapidly changing world, our Property Auditor will provide valuable insight to help evaluate the efficiency of our multifamily operations. This part-time position requires travel to each of our greater Bay Area fee managed properties.
What you’ll do:
The Property Auditor conducts operational, compliance, and financial audits on our multifamily properties.
Keys to success:
A successful Property Auditor does more than just evaluate our multifamily operation internal controls—they communicate their results to management and provide recommendations for business process improvements. Having a passion for compliance and an understanding of property management paired with a high degree of attention to detail will help you excel in this position.
Over two years of property management experience;
RealPage experience is required;
Review RealPage reports, property files;
Audit resident files;
Prepare audit reports.
Must possess a valid California Driver’s License and auto insurance.
Must be willing to travel regularly to properties located in Northern California
