Job Description
Manufacturing Assembly Technician

Electronic, electro-mechanical and mechanical light assembly tasks for a medical manufacturing company. Perform manual labor including the operation of manual and automated production line equipment and computers.

Operate Production line machinery and computers.

Mount and solder components. Assemble electronic sub assemblies by reading work orders, following production drawings, instructions and / or sample parts, and verbal instructions.

Light Mechanical operations (cutting and winding tubing, trim wire leads, mixing epoxy, etc.) produce manufactured parts, sub-assemblies, as well as finished products.

Incoming Inspection using micrometers,calipers, surface gauges and pin gauges

Observe and follow Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) work instruction and safety rules.

Complete and file production paperwork, signoff, and records

Awareness of FDA regulations

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Knowledge and Skill Requirements

Basic reading, writing, and math skills required

Soldering skills, formal training or a certificate is preferred. One to five years soldering experience can substitute.

Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers

High School diploma

Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm Mon-Fri

Pay rate: $15.00
