Prepare conference room for meetings and maintain conference room calendar
Maintain event set-up tracking in shared calendars for needed event supplies, and provide staff with supplies for their meetings
Process vendor invoices and inventory of supplies; assist with maintenance of tracking log for stationery inventory
Ensure office supplies and pantry closet are constantly and sufficiently supplied
Serve as back-up support to the receptionists by answering member calls and in-person inquiries
Assist other departments with projects, and clerical support as needed
Serve as backup to log, sort and distribute mail and faxes
Provide emergency messenger services on an as needed basis
Serve as backup to mail clerk, including lifting heavy boxes, supplies and five gallon water bottles
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
Must meet performance standards including attendance and punctuality


High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum one (1) year of experience in a clerical role in a general office environment
Basic skill level in Microsoft Word and Excel required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure and independently
Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and Saturdays
