Position Description

Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
Develops project management practices
Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs
Ensures project manager development and continued successful performance
Leads and participates in teams
Leads the development of eCommerce projects and programs
Manages geographically distributed teams, off-shore development teams and third-party vendors (for example, software vendors, hardware vendors, photo vendors, content providers)
Manages multiple highly complex projects (for example, system integrations) or a large complex Global eCommerce program

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor of Science and 5 years technical program management experience OR Master of Science and 2 years technical program management experience OR 9 years technical program management experience.

Position Summary

As part of the Data Strategy and Enablement (DS&E) Team, this role will be support our journey to be the world’s leading data-driven retailer. As part of this transformation, we are seeking an individual who will drive data acquisition activities – including sources and services – across the DS&E team to advance our acquisition activity as well as influence the internal processes to support data sourcing.

We are looking for a highly motivated, resourceful, team-oriented individual to drive the data acquisition process. You will research and evaluate potential data sources, negotiate terms with vendors, and ensure contracts align with business need. You will also coordinate delivery of these resources and collaborate across key functional areas for execution. In addition to managing the portfolio of assets, you will play a key role in driving awareness and helping our business community work with these datasets effectively.

The Manager, Data Acquisition will report to the Director, Data Acquisition.
