Your Work Experience

We are looking for someone with a precise background and set of skills that involves Strategy, Consulting, Product and/or Analysis. Candidates must have at least one of the following backgrounds:

  • 2+ years at a Strategy or Consulting company with a B2B focus
  • 2+ years as an analyst in the financial sector covering B2B or B2C
  • 2+ years at a B2B technology company (startup or established) in a Product or Strategy role
Your Role and Responsibilities

As a member of the team that creates marketing strategies for our B2B clients you will be responsible for crucial parts of our service, which could include:

  • Extracting insights from interviews with Fortune 500 corporate executives and governmental officials, and writing reports encapsulating key findings for each executive and company
  • Tagging transcripts with key themes and helping measure the value of qualitative insights by quantifying their occurrence
  • Ensuring that our clients derive compelling insights throughout the process and project
  • Responding quickly to special requests from clients that may involve reviewing interview transcripts, past reports, and other data sources
We're looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications:

  • A demonstrated ability to interpret complex, ambiguous concepts and distill them for B2B clients
  • Aptitude for producing high quality, client-ready deliverables on time
  • Attention to detail and excellent writing skills
  • Interest in learning the research process (primarily qualitative focus groups/interview moderation + quantification of pervasive themes)
  • A strong work ethic since you'll often be working with limited oversight
  • Fluency in both consumer and B2B brands – as well as an interest in the disruption and transformations occurring across industries
  • A high level of proficiency designing slide presentations in Office/Google Docs
  • Passionate about analyzing and synthesizing insights
