Bachelors degree is required.

6 months-2 years of professional experience required. With this, it would be best to find candidates who have demonstrated in either school with other jobs, or an internship, that they have contributed to a team and improved a process. Either using excel or another means of organization when it comes to project related goals and tasks.

Project Analyst duties will include:

  • Documentation and Technical Writing
  • Financial and vendor management in alignment with goals and objectives of program
  • Development and maintenance of budget tracking spreadsheet to meet Future Focus program needs including breakdown by project, best case and worse case estimation, and ability to track on monthly cycle
  • RFP coordination / development, evaluation criteria development, and selection process
  • Management and oversight of contract processing, change order processing, and invoice processing activities
  • Management and oversight of onboarding and offboarding activities including management of space allocation and logistics
  • MS project
  • Ad Hoc Project Administrator responsibilities
