Our team is looking for you, a Technical Training & Enablement Program Manager that brings great teamwork, positive attitude, high-energy leadership, and engineering execution to our customer-focus team chartered with enabling a world-class experience for Microsoft Azure cloud platform customers. This role is integral to overall operationalization of the customer onboarding experience and driving success with FT engagements.
Your areas of responsibility include:
Work with a broad set of key stakeholders to design, launch, and maintain an enablement program that ensures technical roles in the FTA team are equipped with the content, enablement assets and knowledge of available resources to effectively support Azure customers.
Design and develop innovative techniques to deliver detailed product content to IT professionals that drive rapid adoption of technology.
Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and monitor feedback for quality assurance.
Leverage change management techniques to drive adoption of new skills, tools and processes.
Design and implement metrics to measure training programs and impact on productivity, readiness and effectiveness.
Utilize standard project management methodologies in driving highly effective, predictable, and repeatable processes
You possess the following attributes:

Track record of problem solving ranging from conceptualization to implementation
Real-world smart, logical and able to learn new areas quickly
5+ years of Technical evangelist or Technical Training experience with increasing influence and responsibility.
Experience in developing and managing competency models and role based curriculum.
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, build and deliver customer business results through an engineering or professional services team.
Technical proficiency in one or more cloud technologies. MS Azure preferred.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.)
